BH 89-91 (10/2024): Cool and airy aromas include those of Granny Smith apple, citrus rind and ample Chablis character, especially seaweed. The delicious middle weight flavors possess a lovely texture, especially for a villages Chablis, while displaying a subtle materiality on the youthfully austere and lingering finale. Lovely. (Drink starting 2027). JM 88 (6/2025): Bottled in March 2025. Pale lime green. Fresh and chiselled nose, some lime blossom all as minerals, Plenty of energy, not at all too fleshy, backward. Drink from 2025-2027. |

BH 90-93 (10/2024): A discreet though easily perceptible dollop of wood sets off overtly floral-suffused aromas of sea breeze and lemon zest. Here too the palate impression of the medium-bodied flavors is seductive and delicious with more evident minerality also adding a sense of lift to the balanced, sneaky long and saliva-inducing finale. This is also lovely and worth a look. (Drink starting 2029). JM 91 (6/2025): Bottled in March 2025. Pale colour with a green streak. Not finding much bouquet as yet. Another understated but very refined wine, perhaps the hallmark of biodynamics. The best part is the length of the finish. Drink from 2026-2032. |

BH 91-94 (10/2024): Firm reduction renders an evaluation of the nose impossible today. More interesting are the fresh, impressively dense, especially for the vintage, and powerful larger-scaled flavors that also brim with sappy dry extract on the palate soaking, youthfully austere and tightly wound finale. This is very promising and a wine that should amply repay a decade, perhaps even a bit more, of keeping. (Drink starting 2033). JM 93 (6/2025): In bottle (with a little more to follow). Fairly pale in colour with a powerful but undeveloped bouquet. White fruit with just a hint of greengage. Powerful wine as well on the palate. The finish will doubtless develop even further with age. Drink from 2029-2035. |

BH 91 (10/2024): Moderate though also easily detectible wood is present on the nose of iodine, white flowers and a hint of oyster shell. The markedly finer middleweight flavors exude evident minerality that adds a sense of lift to the balanced, nicely dry and impressively long finish that displays the natural class of a fine MdT. As with many of these 2022s, it could use more depth but the style is lovely and understated. Drink starting 2030. VM 89 (8/2024): The 2022 Chablis Montée de Tonnerre 1er Cru has a fresh nose with grass clippings and Granny Smiths on the nose - a traditional Chablis nose that is well-defined and quite complex. The palate is fresh and vibrant on the entry, taut and fresh, although I would have liked more mineralité on the finish. Almost there… but not quite! Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis. Drink between 2025-2033. Neal Martin. |

| JM 93-95 (10/2024): A fine even lemon yellow. Racy on the nose, not as immediately distinguished as Goutte d’Or but the qualities creep up on you. More linear, a suggestion of salinity., with layers of a pure limestone white fruit, plenty of dry extract affirms Henri Boillot. Very persistent. Drink from 2030-2036. |

| JM 88-90 (10/2025): Mid lemon yellow. A smoky reduction on the nose. An oily note to the texture, a little burnt note as well, is that from the wood or just reduction? Slightly sour lemons skins to finish. Not in place today, but I would expect it to cheer up later on. Drink from 2028-2032. |

| JM 94-97 (10/2024): A fuller yellow here, and an extra degree of completeness, more weight and almost all the class. The oak is still at 50% new and is very well integrated. Gorgeously rich, with little fruits dancing through a meadow. Once again, I do see the magic of this. Henri was strongly advised by his father to look after “Madame de la Mouchère”. Drink from 2030-2038. |

BH 96 (6/2026): (from 60+ year old vines and the vineyard is a whopping 4 ha monopole within Perrières). Here too the lightly wooded nose displays a panoply of floral nuances that include rose petal, lilac and acacia blossom with additional notes of just grated zest, spice and green apple. There is almost painful intensity to the slightly more concentrated and more mineral-driven flavors that conclude in a chiseled, youthfully austere and sneaky long finale that seems to go on and on. The Clos de la Mouchère is always excellent but in 2024, it is genuinely stunning. Drink 2032+. Outstanding! JM 93-96 (10/2025): Mid yellow. There is a little touch of patisserie on the nose, showing the additional breadth of fruit on Henri Boillot’s favourite vineyard. That’s what gives the gourmandise to the wine, says Henri. This seems to have all the aspects with an excellent mineral backbone holding the fruit together. Lime blossom and acacia he finds, from the adjacent trees which flower at the same time. Very fine long finish. Drink from 2030-2036. VM 90 (1/2026): The 2024 Puligny-Montrachet Clos de la Mouchère 1er Cru has a well-defined bouquet with a veil of new oak, just like the other cuvées I tasted from Boillot. The palate is balanced with a rounded texture, quite a weight and assertive Puligny that needs more finesse to develop on the finish. Neal Martin. |

| JM 91-93 (10/2024): A lemon colour. This is more on the stones than a heavyweight on the nose. JM 92-94 (10/2025): Mid lemon yellow. There is additional weight to the Perrières, making a very complete wine, fresh almonds for me and Henri Boillot finds a mandarin note as well. Strong mineral backbone. Very nicely balanced overall. Drink from 2030-2035. BH 92 (6/2026): Just enough wood to mention sets off the cool aromas of pear confit, acacia blossom and pretty spice wisps. There is excellent punch to the refined, if not especially dense, medium-bodied flavors that exude the hallmark minerality of a fine Perrières that adds a sense of lift to the impressively long and bitter lemon rind-inflected finish. BH 91 (6/2014): White orchard fruit and the hallmark honeysuckle scents give way to punchy and impressively concentrated medium-bodied flavors that possess a highly refined mouth feel if not the sheer depth of the Clos de la Mouchère. To be sure this is a lovely wine that could aptly be described as notably bigger and more powerful than is typical for Pucelles. Drink 2018+. Outstanding! VM 92-95 (10/2013): Green-tinged medium yellow. Ripe stone fruits, pear, honey and hazelnut on the inviting nose and palate. Fat, rich and chewy; this extract-rich wine boasts terrific solidity and depth of fruit. Finishes with Outstanding force and length. Has the palate presence of a grand cru. (Incidentally, there's no Folatieres in 2012; Boillot only made his domain bottlings from Puligny-Montrachet.) |

| JM 93-95 (10/2024): Clear pale lemon. Immediate class on the nose, a pure white fruit with just the right degree of sunshine to make it satisfying. WA 94-96 (8/2012): The 2011 Bienvenues-Batard-Montrachet is built on a fabric of exquisite textural finesse and elegance. The Bienvenues is a bit less overt in its bouquet than the Criots, but richer, deeper and more seamless in its fruit. Here, too, it is the wine’s sheer pedigree that stands out most. Anticipated maturity: 2014+. BH 94 (6/2013): This is also notably ripe but the aromas do not run to the exotic as the honeysuckle, apricot, white peach and subtle spice notes are entirely classic. There is an appealing succulence to the delicious, intense and strikingly fine medium-bodied flavors and while there is certainly a sense of focused power present on the long, clean and refined finish, this is essentially a Bienvenues of finesse. Drink 2021+. Don't miss! VM 92-95 (9/2012): Bright yellow. Vibrant nose combines smoke, honey and sexy minerality. More concentrated and sweet than the Criots but with the verve--not to mention the saline density--of Boillot's Pucelles. Lovely creamy old-viney texture and length. The minerally finish leaves the taste buds quivering. |

| BH 96 (6/2022): (from Ladoix, Pernand and Aloxe). Subtle notes of mineral reduction and wood toast can be found on the aromas of green apple, clove and white flowers. The wonderfully intense, focused and muscular large-scaled flavors brim with both dry extract and an almost aggressively minerality on the markedly dry but not really austere finale. Like the Chevalier and Montrachet, this beauty of a Corton-Charlemagne is presently very tightly wound and is going to need extended patience to arrive at its peak. This too should be gorgeous in time. Drink 2032+. |

BH 96 (6/2024): (from Aloxe.) A markedly floral-suffused nose somewhat grudgingly reveals its array of exuberantly fresh and spicy Granny Smith apple, acacia blossom, oyster shell and iodine. While there is certainly good richness to the succulent and seductive broad-shouldered flavors, the mouthfeel is really quite sleek with both good detail and power to the taut, serious and built-to-age finale that is given a bit of lift from the presence of bitter citrus rind. This is almost painfully intense and youthfully austere effort could use better depth but that should present no particular problem if it's given a chance to develop. This too is first-rate. Drink 2034+. Don't miss! VM 93-95 (1/2024): The 2022 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru is a blend of fruit from Aloxe-Corton (75%) and Pernand-Vergelesses (25%), a combination that works well in giving the wine balance. There's quite a bit of phenolic intensity and youthful austerity here. Herbs, crushed rocks, graphite, mint and citrus confit build nicely. I very much admire the vibrancy here, even if the 2022 remains a bit unyielding today. Neal Martin. |

| JM 94-97 (10/2024): A paler colour, also beautifully done, with little stones infusing the bouquet. “This is far from being ridiculous” suggests Henri. A wonderful thread. The oak is a touch more marked, an iron backbone yet with some delicacy to the fruit, fresh apple, a little citrus, some pear as well, and all a harmonious whole. Really well done. WA 94-96 (8/2012): Henri Boillot’s 2011 Criots-Batard-Montrachet has all the grace of a ballerina. Intensely sweet, honeyed layers of perfumed fruit flow effortlessly across the palate. The Criots boasts gorgeous inner richness and fragrance, but no sense of heaviness at all. This is a dazzling effort. Anticipated maturity: 2014+. BH 93 (6/2013): This is notably riper than the Caillerets with overtly exotic dried yellow fruit, spice and floral aromas. There is Outstanding richness to the powerful and broad-shouldered flavors that possess a distinctly muscular mouth feel before culminating in an opulent, clean and very dry finish. This retains a fine sense of balance and while there is certainly fine complexity, it isn't at the same level as displayed by the other grands crus in the range. Drink 2019+. VM 91-93 (9/2012): Bright yellow-green. Aromas of pink grapefruit, herbs and peppery spices. Tightly wound and on the lean side, with good punch to the citrus flavors but distinctly lighter than the preceding premier crus from Puligny-Montrachet. Juicy for the vintage but a tad dry on the end. I don't find grand cru weight here. |

| VM 90-93 (9/2015): (these south-facing vines were picked first, on September 10): Pale, bright yellow. Musky ripe peach and noble herbs on the nose; this wine is actually the highest in volatile acidity of the range, but still a fairly low 0.4 grams per liter. Fat, sweet and large-scaled but without the precision of the Clos de la Mouchère. Finishes salty and a touch dry. This may be a bit less fresh because I tasted it from a 228-liter barrique, rather than from a larger barrel. |

BH 94 (6/2017): There is a whisper of the exotic to the riper aromas that also possess admirable purity if noticeably less elegance. The succulent, powerful and dense big-bodied flavors once again coat the palate with sappy dry extract on the balanced and harmonious finale. While this isn't an elegant wine per se (Criots rarely is), it is more refined than it usually is. Drink 2025+. Don't miss! VM 91-94 (9/2016): (two-thirds new oak): Bright yellow. Sweet aromas of yellow peach and spicy oak. Sweet, plush and full but not heavy, offering thick, concentrated yellow peach and oak flavors complicated by a saline quality. BH 93 (6/2020): Once again there is a discreet whiff of exotic fruit to the white peach, spiced tea and dried yellow fruit aromas where a background hint of viognier creeps in. The caressing and unusually sleek medium-bodied flavors possess fine volume and focused power on the caressing and refreshingly saline-inflected finish. This is particularly good in the context of a very hot and dry vintage which is not usually especially propitious for Criots. Drink 2028+. WA 94 (1/2020): Aromas of orange oil, honeycomb, ripe pears, wheat toast and paraffin wax introduce the 2018 Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru, a full-bodied, ample and textural wine that's fleshy and enveloping but underpinned by an impressively chalky structure that brings unusual tension and grip to this inherently generous terroir. |

VM 95-98 (9/2018): Pale yellow. Wonderfully delicate and discreet on the nose, hinting at lemon drop and minerals; Boillot says he's normally the first to harvest in Montrachet and this wine certainly conveys an early-picked aspect. Pure and silky on the palate and thicker than the Chevalier-Montrachet, but with terrific inner-mouth cut. Displays impeccable balance on the very suave, slowly rising finish. Can a wine be both understated and explosive? "Two thousand seventeen is a real fruit year," says Boillot, and in fact this citrussy, floral Montrachet is not yet showing the site's iodiney minerality. But that will come. Stephen Tanzer. WA 93-96 (1/2019): The 2017 Montrachet Grand Cru is among the most reserved wines in the cellar, unfurling in the glass with a reticent bouquet of crisp orchard fruit, white flowers and light reduction that wasn't revealing its full range when I tasted it. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, ample and concentrated, with broad shoulders and evident power, concluding with a stony finish, but the full extent of its quality is hard to read. |

| BH 97 (6/2021): (from Puligny fruit). Interestingly, here the nose resembles a grand cru Chablis with its oyster shell, iodine, quinine, lemon-lime and bee’s wax-scented nose. There is outstanding volume and concentration to the overtly powerful and muscular flavors that are supported by a citrus-tinged and markedly firm acid spine that also shapes the cuts-like-a-knife finale. As the length of my initial projected drinking window suggests, it would be pointless to open this beauty before it has at least a decade of aging as it should easily repay two of them. In sum, this is quite simply stunningly good. Drink 2039+. |

BH 97 (6/2024): There is a subtle exotic character to the jasmine tea, dried herb, orange peel, anise and eucalyptus-suffused nose. The sleek, precise and borderline painfully intense flavors aren't quite as imposing as the of the Bâtard (see Domaine Boillot) but they are notably finer with seemingly an unending reserve of dry extract that buffers the very firm acid spine on the massively long finish. This is a superb Montrachet to basically buy and forget you own it for at least a decade and it wouldn't surprise me if this beauty needed all of 15 years to reach its full potential. Brilliant. Drink 2034+. Don't miss! VM 95-97 (1/2024): The 2022 Montrachet Grand Cru, from the Puligny side, is an elegant, energetic white rendered with a light hand. Hints of lemon confit, spice, white flowers, crushed rocks and white pepper infuse the Montrachet with striking aromatic presence. It's all refinement and class in this stylish, wonderfully appealing Montrachet from Henri Boillot. Neal Martin. |

BH 89 (6/2024): A vague whiff of the exotic lurks in the background in the form of orange peel, pear compote and a hint of wet stone reduction. There is both excellent volume and density to the delicious middleweight flavors that exude evident minerality on the balanced, clean and dry finale. This lovely effort could use better depth but the underlying material suggests that should be no problem if given a few years in a cool cellar. Drink 2029+. Outstanding! VM 90-92 (1/2024): The 2022 Meursault is a rich, opulent white. Lemon confit, marzipan, spice and crushed rocks are all amplified. Clean mineral notes extend the finish while also providing a counterpoint to all the textural richness. BH 92 (6/2024): There is a touch of post-bottling reduction present but I doubt it will last as the underlying fruit seems ripe. As one would expect from a classic example of Poruzots, there is excellent volume and power to the big bodied flavors that are at once dense and serious before culminating in a robust, muscular and impressively long finale. This won't wow you with its finesse but then again, that's not why one buys Poruzots. Drink 2030+. Outstanding! VM 92-94 (1/2024): The 2022 Meursault Les Poruzots 1er Cru marries fruit intensity with drive. It’s a combination that works so well here. Then again, that is a signature of this part of the vineyard. Crushed rocks, lemon peel, mint, white pepper and light tropical notes all come alive with some time in the glass. Neal Martin. |

| JM 90-92 (10/2024): From upper Porusots. A rich yellow with a green tint. This is oakier and even a bit heavy on the nose. Fuller white fruit on the palate, the colour and nose will be cleaned up before bottling. A touch of bacon fat. More complicated to taste today. Given Henri Boillot’s track record I would expect this to be sorted before bottling, and thus to rate higher than today’s verdict. Drink from 2029-2033. |

| Decanter 95 (10/2024): Tasted from cask, the delicious Meursault Criots from Pierre Boisson is fresh and lemony, with great balance and precision. Bernard Boisson explained the secrets of the domaine: 'Old vines, old oak, no bâtonnage, and a long maturation.' It's a simple but effective recipe. A hint of stylish reduction and a lively acidity due to the harvest date suit this vintage particularly well. Although the wine will undoubtedly be lovely when bottled, it will be better after five years in the cellar and continue to improve for another decade beyond that. (Drink between 2028-2040) |

JM 95 (5/2022): Pale lemon and lime colour. A vigorous nose with a stony reduction, that allows the fruit to flourish alongside. Some citrus, then a really intense weight of fruit, on the cusp of white and yellow. Very pure, very linear, plenty of energy. Excellent texture on the palate. VM 93 (11/2022): The 2018 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru has a reductive nose but there is some fine fruit here, touches of orange pith, honeysuckle and melted candle wax. The palate is well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, a hint of wood to be subsumed on the entry, impressive depth with a slightly toasty finish. Tasted blind at the Burgfest 2018 white tasting. (Drink between 2024-2035.) Neal Martin. BH 93 (9/2023): A ripe yet attractively fresh, cool, pure and elegant nose combines notes of various white fleshed fruit scents that in particular include Granny Smith and pear, along with hints of citrus and wet stone. There is excellent intensity as well as fine richness to the detailed and mineral-driven flavors where the minerality adds a sense of lift to the complex and sneaky long finale. While indisputably young, it's not so backward that it couldn't be approached now even though a few more years of keeping should help to add better depth. (Drink starting 2026.) |

VM 95-97 (12/2021): The 2020 Chevalier-Montrachet La Cabotte Grand Cru, which was undergoing its élevage in foudres, has a very sophisticated bouquet with mineral-rich citrus fruit, hints of hazelnut and lanolin. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity. There is a little more density and concentration compared to the regular Chevalier-Montrachet and though there is a patina of oak to be subsumed, this will surely age with style. Excellent. (Readers should note that no 2021 will be produced due to frost and there will just be a tiny amount of Chevalier-Montrachet.) (Drink between 2025-2050). Neal Martin. WA 95-97 (1/2022): The 2020 Chevalier-Montrachet La Cabotte Grand Cru is brilliant, bursting with aromas of orange oil, nutmeg, crisp orchard fruit, white flowers and peach. Full-bodied, satiny and concentrated, it's layered and multidimensional, with striking depth and intensity, concluding with a long, resonant finish. It's a brilliant wine in the making. |

| BH 94 (6/2016): (from a huge 3.65 ha plot in Le Corton.) Mild notes of wood and reduction mask the underlying fruit though I can say that it appears to be ripe. Otherwise there is outstanding volume and concentration to the big-bodied and openly muscular flavors that exhibit evident power and punch on the hugely long finale. This is presently very compact and like the Perrières very clearly built to age. I should note that while this is certainly going to need time it is not especially austere and I suspect that it will begin to drink well after only 5-ish years or so if that's your preference. Drink 2024+. Don't miss! |

| BH 93 (6/2019): A cool and admirably pure nose displays notes of green apple, floral, citrus and a hint of wood toast. There is excellent volume, power and punch to the well-detailed and overtly stony broad-shouldered flavors that coat the palate on the impressively long finish that also reflects a bitter lemon nuance. While this is a classically styled CC, it remains relatively refined and should drink reasonably well after only 5 years or so of bottle age. Drink 2027+. |

| VM 95 (7/2024): The 2020 Montrachet Grand Cru has a creamy nose with touches of white chocolate, almond and chamomile. However, considering the vineyard in question, I would have liked more mineralité and terroir expression. A bit of alcoholic warmth develops in the glass. The palate is well-balanced with a fine bead of acidity. Tightly coiled citrus fruit, orange zest and patisserie, though it doesn't fully deliver the tour de force finish you want from a "Monty". Let's see what a few years in bottle will do. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting. Drink between 2028-2052. |

| BH 91 (10/2020): Hints of matchstick and exotic tea add breadth to the ripe, pure and pretty floral and poached pear-scented nose that is trimmed in just enough wood to comment on. The elegant middle weight flavors possess a lilting mouthfeel before concluding in a lightly stony, sleek, focused and persistent finish that gradually reveals just a touch of sweetness. This is particularly fine though it will need to develop more depth to merit its rating so do hold it for at least a few years. (Drink starting 2024). |

| VM 92-94 (12/2020): A blend of two parcels, the 2019 Meursault Les Genevrières 1er Cru was the first to be picked by Bouchard in this appellation. The well-defined bouquet features touches of lemon thyme, walnut and smoke. The palate is balanced with fine acidity, fresh and focused. The pretty, apricot-tinged finish fans out wonderfully and leaves residues of grilled almond and sesame on the aftertaste. Excellent. Neal Martin. |

VM 92-94 (11/2021): Fine lemon and lime colour, with a detailed elegant bouquet and a sense of class all the way through to a slightly richer bouquet. The Bouchard 2020 Genevrières certainly has the detail, with a mix of white fruits, a little apple and also some citrus. A fine Genevrières for the medium term. BH 91-93 (6/2022): A ripe and naturally exotic nose features notes of Asian-style tea, anise, white peach and a whiff of fennel. The relatively generously proportioned medium weight flavors exude a subtle bead of minerality on the very dry and youthfully austere finish that also possesses a touch of bitter citrus character. Lovely juice and this is really quite classy. Drink 2028+. |

VM 93 (12/2023): The 2019 Puligny-Montrachet Champ Canet 1er Cru has an attractive bouquet with dried honey, almond, peach skin and light wax resin scents. It just lacks a bit of tension and mineralité. The palate is medium-bodied with impressive acidity. There is real tension here—perhaps this is a Puligny that was picked earlier than its peers? Remaining quite sharp toward its saline finish, a bit of heat unexpectedly pops up on the aftertaste. Tasted blind at the Burgfest tasting. (Drink between 2025-2042). Neal Martin. BH 91 (6/2022): Airy and more elegant aromas are comprised by equally smoky notes of pear, apple, mineral reduction and acacia blossom along with a suggestion of the exotic. The delicious medium weight flavors possess a relatively supple and overtly rich mid-palate that immediately tightens up on the very dry and persistent finale. This concentrated and serious if seductive effort is really quite attractive as the only nit is a hint of warmth. (Drink starting 2026). WA 90 (1/2022): Notes of pear, orange oil, pastry cream, peaches and freshly baked bread introduce the 2019 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Canet, a medium to full-bodied, rich and fleshy wine with an ample, open-knit core of fruit and a saline finish. It's a fine effort, but it isn't as tensile as I anticipated from tank last year. |

VM 93+ (6/2026): The 2022 Puligny-Montrachet Champs Canet 1er Cru has a delightful bouquet of beeswax, chai, Mirabelle and crushed stone that unfolds in the glass. The palate is fresh and edgy on the entry, with quite a keen, tensile line of acidity and a slightly pithy finish. There is a sense of completeness to this Champs Canet that is endearing. Recommended. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting. (Drink between 2027-2049). Neal Martin. BH 91 (6/2025): A discreet application of wood sets off cool and layered aromas of the essence of white orchard fruit, citrus confit and acacia blossom. There is again fine richness to the medium-bodied and caressing flavors that retain good detail on the mineral-driven and focused finish that delivers sneaky good length. This isn't exactly chiseled but it's close and a wine that should repay up to a decade of keeping. (Drink starting 2029). WA 90 (1/2025): Offering up aromas of pear, pineapple and freshly baked bread, the 2022 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Canet is medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless, with a rich, fleshy core of fruit and an ample, demonstrative profile. |

| BH 86-88 (6/2020): A more elegant though less complex nose is composed by notes of green apple and citrus rind. VM 92 (1/2020): The 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet Les Macherelles 1er Cru is the final vintage, since Jacques Carillon’s lease from his father finished and his brother François Carillon took over the entire holding. This has a lilting nose of red apple and hints of lime, displaying fine mineralité and focus and wonderfully integrated oak. The palate is very well balanced with sour lemon and hints of toffee apple on the entry and good weight in the mouth. The finish fans out with great vigor. Superb! (Drink between 2021-2035). Neal Martin. BH 91 (7/2024): A smoky resin and petrol-inflected nose is trimmed in just enough wood influence to merit mentioning it. The delicious and racy medium weight flavors offer solid intensity with fine delineation while exhibiting very good length on the lingering and reasonably well-balanced finish. I say reasonably well-balanced because there is a touch of warmth but overall, this is quite good and a wine that should peak in the next 3 to 5ish years. Tasted twice with consistent notes. (Drink starting 2027). WA 90 (1/2020): The 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Macherelles is the last vintage that Jacques Carillon produced from this site—planted to Pinot Noir until 2003—which has now reverted to his brother François. Revealing aromas of citrus oil, crisp green apple, white flowers and mandarin, it's medium to full-bodied, elegantly textural and incisive, with a precise, mineral finish. |

BH 92 (6/2023): A much more floral-suffused nose reveals its aromas of apple and pear compote, lemon rind and discreet spice elements. There is better volume and mid-palate density to the delicious and appealingly textured medium-bodied flavors that possess markedly better depth and persistence on the youthfully austere, balanced and nicely dry finale. This is quite promising. (Drink starting 2028). VM 91 (7/2024): The 2020 Puligny-Montrachet Champs Canet 1er Cru is completely shut down on the nose, to the point where I ask myself whether it has any bouquet at all. Rigorous aeration is ensured to no avail. There is some volatility when I return after 15 minutes. The palate is balanced with a smooth entry, quite honeyed in style, though it feels a bit flat on the finish. I suspect this wine would have benefitted from being picked three or four days earlier. That said, it does meliorate in the glass. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting. (Drink between 2024-2030). Neal Martin. WA 91 (1/2023): The 2020 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Champ Canet opens in the glass with tones of nectarine, peach, white currants, freshly baked bread and pastry cream. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and lively, it's an attractive effort that concludes with a saline finish. |

WA 94 (1/2020): The 2017 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrières is showing brilliantly, bursting from the glass with aromas of citrus oil, musky orange blossom, Anjou pear and white flowers. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and multidimensional, with fine concentration, racy acids, and a long, nicely defined finish. Incisive but enveloping, this is a terrific young wine from Jacques Carillon. BH 92 (6/2020): A restrained yet elegant nose reflects notes of mineral reduction, white flower, citrus, quinine and a whiff of oak toast. The even sleeker and more tightly would middle weight flavors brim with minerality as well as plenty of dry extract that buffers the moderately firm acid spine shaping the linear and highly persistent finish. This chiseled effort could use a bit more depth, but the underlying material is present for that to occur. (Drink starting 2029). VM 90 (8/2021): The 2017 Puligny-Montrachet Les Perrières 1er Cru has quite a boisterous nose, powerful if just missing the focus of its peers. A very slight fennel note emerges with time. The palate is balanced and weighty, possibly showing just a touch of botrytis that lends a subtle honeyed note toward the heady finish. This is an instance where I feel the botrytis governs the style of the wine rather than adding another dimension. Yes, I expected a little more from this bottle. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting in Savigny-lès-Beaune. (Drink between 2023-2033). Neal Martin. |

BH 93 (6/2023): Smoky aromas of citrus, green apple and a bit less floral influence precede the precise and tension-filled medium weight flavors that exude evident minerality on the youthfully austere though wonderfully persistent and solidly complex finale. This lovely if linear and serious effort should amply reward mid to even longer-term keeping. Excellent quality here. (Drink starting 2030). WA 93 (1/2023): The 2020 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrières is excellent, mingling aromas of crisp orchard fruit with hints of white flowers, pastry cream and struck match in an inviting mélange, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive palate. Taut and chalky, it's a charming but classically proportioned white Burgundy. VM 92 (7/2024): The 2020 Puligny-Montrachet Les Perrières 1er Cru has a slightly muted nose at first, though it gently opens with grapefruit, Granny Smith, light granitic and smoke scents. This evolves well in the glass, cohering and gaining delineation. The palate is well-balanced with a slightly honeyed opening that prompts me to wonder if a smidgin of botrytised fruit was in the mix. Still, the acidity maintains tension and feels long on the richer finish. This will be difficult to resist in its youth. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting. (Drink between 2024-2036). BH 97 (11/2021): (with thanks to Dr. Michael Chen and Hal Borthwick). Cool, reserved and incredibly pure green apple, citrus, floral and white pear notes blend seamlessly into concentrated mineral-driven flavors that deliver the hallmark delineation, power and breathtaking persistence of a classically styled Corton-Charlemagne where the only possible reproach is a hint of warmth. This monument is extremely impressive and destined for a long life, indeed it has only just entered the front end of its prime drinkability. Consistent notes, indeed I've never had a poor bottle; note that my scores have ranged from 95 to 97 points. WA 94-95 (12/2001): The toasted oak-scented 2000 Corton-Charlemagne has the austerity found in many of this vineyard's wines in the 2000 vintage. However, it is vinous, rich, and broad. Pure flavors of minerals, toast, and spices can be found in its highly delineated, profound offering. Anticipated maturity: 2004-2015. VM 94+ (10/2002): Oak-influenced aromas of grilled nuts, vanilla and nutmeg. Dense and voluptuous; as ripe as the Perrieres but less expressive today despite its extraordinary texture. Solid and chewy wine with an almost tannic finish. More explosive today on the aftertaste than it is in the middle palate. This may well prove to be a more complete wine than the 2001 example. |

VM 98 (9/2016): Readers lucky enough to own the 2009 Corton-Charlemagne will have a hard time keeping their hands off this beauty. The warm vintage has softened some of the contours, resulting in a Charlemagne that is surprisingly accessible at a young age. All the Coche signatures are present, the edges are a bit rounded, which results in a wine of frankly extra-terrestrial beauty. Smoke, slate and crushed rocks are some of the notes that lend nuance to the expressive, silky fruit. The 2009 somehow manages to be radiant and crystalline. This is about as great as wine gets. (Drink between 2019-2029). Antonio Galloni. BH 96 (6/2012): Here the nose resembles that of the Genevrières with its mildly exotic fruit aromas that combine with rose petal, citrus, wet stone and apple scents. This is a big wine, indeed the word massive does not exaggerate the palate impact of the almost breathtakingly concentrated and powerful flavors that, despite all of the size, weight and dry extract, avoid any trace of heaviness on the extraordinarily long finish that is also borderline painfully intense. There is a very mild touch of warmth but this is a minor nit in what is a genuinely remarkable effort that should age gracefully for years. (Drink starting 2021). WA 96 (4/2018): The 2009 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru is fabulous, soaring from the glass with a youthful bouquet of preserved citrus, vanilla pod, pastry cream, subtle white truffle and toasted sesame. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, ample and layered, with a textural attack, deep core, excellent concentration and succulent acids. The length on the finish is extraordinary. While this is the highest in alcohol of the vintages in this tasting (2009-1999), it's better integrated than in the 2006 or 2003 vintages, both of which seem warmer—which Jean-François Coche suggests is because wine made from clean grapes hides its alcohol better than wine made from botrytized grapes. Raphaël Coche adds that 2009 was a year defined by "sun and juice," as vines set a large crop and ripened it in balmy conditions without suffering from any stress. |

BH 96 (3/2023): A discreet if perceptible application of wood sets off still youthful and wonderfully fresh elegant, ripe and beautifully layered and aromas of mandarin orange, peach, white flowers, apple, anise and mineral reduction. There is excellent concentration, especially for the vintage, to the broad-shouldered and moderately powerful flavors that possess a caressing mouth feel on the mid-palate yet the hugely long and pungently stony finish. The '11 Coche CC is stunningly good and still clearly on the way up though not so much so that it couldn't be enjoyed now if given 30 minutes or so of air. In sum, this is one of the wines of the 2011 vintage. VM 96 (12/2020): Two vintages of Coche Dury’s Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru follow. Neither 2011 nor 2003 is especially highly regarded, but it is precisely vintages like these that can be so instructive because they tell us so much about what talented growers can achieve in challenging years. The 2011 Charlemagne needs several hours of air to open, which is not surprising, as it has always been a stubborn wine. I remember that Jean-François Coche hesitated to show the Charlemagne when I stopped by to taste the bottled 2011s, as he felt the long malos had resulted in a wine that needs more time in bottle to fully come together. Now, at nearly age ten, the 2011 remains quite vibrant and nervy, with striking citrus, floral and mineral notes laced into a racy frame. All it needs is a bit more flesh, but it’s the sort of flesh that develops with more time in bottle. Antonio Galloni. |

BH 93 (6/2024): Restrained and distinctly cool aromas include a plethora of floral nuances that add elegance to the white orchard fruit, citrus and soft hazelnut wisps. The incredibly low yields are in evidence as the mouthfeel of the medium-bodied flavors is almost thick yet the bright citrus-tinged acid spine keeps everything in focus on the strikingly long, bone-dry and markedly austere finale. This is a superb Meursault villages and very much built-to-age, indeed it's absolutely going to need it. WA 92 (1/2024): Aromas of crisp orchard fruit, white flowers, hazelnuts and clear honey introduce Coche's 2021 Meursault Village, a medium to full-bodied, satiny and incisive wine with a pretty core of fruit girdled by tangy acids and chalky extract, concluding with a long, palate staining finish. VM 89 (1/2024): The 2021 Meursault Village, this vintage a blend of all their vineyard holdings because the yield was so small (for example, just two barrels from half a hectare in Narvaux), has a taut and delineated bouquet with crushed stone infusing the malic aromas. The palate is well-balanced with a twist of lemon on the entry, segueing into more orange rind notes towards the finish. Moderate length. Enjoy this over the next decade. Neal Martin. |

WA 94 (1/2021): A tensile, racy wine—two-thirds from Pernand-Vergelesses, one-third from Aloxe-Corton—the 2018 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru unwinds in the glass with scents of white flowers, orange oil, buttery pastry and nutmeg. Medium to full-bodied, layered and fleshy, it's chiseled and saline, with impressive cut and grip. BH 91-93 (6/2020): (the proportions have changed again and in 2018 are in a 35/65% proportion from Les Languettes in Aloxe and En Charlemagne in Pernand.) A restrained, ultra-fresh and distinctly floral nose reflects notes of various white orchard fruit aromas, lemon zest and discreet wood toast. There is outstanding volume to the rich and succulent broad-shouldered flavors that possess focused power on the beautifully long and sappy mineral-infused finish that is shaped by citrus-tinged acidity. This isn't quite as structured as the Chevalier, but it too is promising. Drink 2028+. |

VM 93+ (8/2024): The 2022 Chablis Fôrets 1er Cru was promising from barrel last year. Now, in bottle, it has held on to that complex, mineral-led bouquet, with hints of chamomile in the background. The palate is very well balanced with a silver thread of acidity, like the Montée de Tonnerre. Quite understated towards the finish, suggesting that this will benefit from a few years in bottle. Plenty of energy, but patience required. Neal Martin. BH 93 (10/2024): There is ample citrus influence suffusing the nose that could be from nowhere else but Chablis with its array of seashore, algae and oyster shell scents. The caressing but notably denser and more powerful larger-bodied flavors coat the palate while retaining an attractive texture on the strikingly persistent finish that is shaped by bright acidity. This can't match the MdT for refinement but it is presently more complex and should age just as well. |

WA 94 (8/2019): A bottling that regularly excels chez Dauvissat, the 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Séchet opens in the glass with delicate aromas of citrus peel, grapefruit, crisp green apples and white flowers, with only subtle hints of the oyster shell to come. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and concentrated, with a deep and tight-knit core, striking tension and a searingly mineral finish. Séchet—where Dauvissat owns a 0.8-hectare parcel—is located in the Vaillons Valley, but its windier situation and soils richer in active limestone mean it's typically much chalkier and more tensile than the other climats that make up Vaillons. VM 92 (1/2020): The 2017 Chablis Sechet 1er Cru is soft and open-knit, not to mention incredibly inviting. Dried pear, almond, spice and savory notes all grace this lovely, absolutely charming Chablis. Pretty floral overtones add to its considerable allure. This is one of the wines in this range that will drink best with minimal cellaring. (Drink between 2020-2032). Antonio Galloni. BH 91 (10/2019): An impressively broad-ranging nose offers up notes of mineral reduction, wet chalk, sea breeze, citrus and dried apple. There is good richness yet also good refinement to the generously proportioned flavors that exude a fine bead of minerality on the beautifully persistent finish. This too is very good and should age effortlessly. (Drink starting 2027). |

| WA 95 (8/2021): The 2018 Pouilly-Fuissé Ménétrières is the most muscular wine in the range, unwinding in the glass with aromas of Anjou pear, crisp green apple, citrus zest, hazelnuts and almonds. Full-bodied, fleshy and broad-shouldered, with a taut core of concentrated fruit that's girdled by lively acids and chalky dry extract, it concludes with a long, saline finish. |

| WA 96 (9/2022): The 2019 Pouilly-Fuissé Vignes Blanches is also performing superbly, unwinding in the glass with notions of wet stones, citrus oil, crisp Anjou pear, freshly baked bread, nutmeg and iodine. Full-bodied, satiny and layered, it's multidimensional and enveloping, with racy acids, terrific concentration and a long, saline finish. |

| BH 93 (6/2020): ( from a .33 ha parcel in Les Languettes.) A much more restrained nose reluctantly offers up its array of exceptionally floral-infused aromas that include those of acacia, lilac and rose petal along with hints of Granny Smith apples and lemongrass. There is outstanding volume and power to the relatively refined larger-scaled flavors that are much, much more mineral-driven on the youthfully austere, serious and compact finish. This beauty will need at least a few years of keeping first and should amply reward 10 to 12. Drink 2028+. |

| BH 92-94 (6/2021): (from a .33 ha parcel in Les Languettes.) Prominent aromas of mineral reduction and floral elements are laced with hints of wood toast, citrus peel, apple and anise. The sleekly muscular and stony big-bodied flavors are also nicely refined yet powerful while possessing excellent delineation on the youthfully austere finale. This is clearly ripe yet manages to retain the style of a classic CC. Drink 2031+. |

VM 90-92 (12/2021): The 2020 Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatières 1er Cru has a nicely detailed bouquet with fine delineation, orange pith and light linen scents developing with time. The palate is well balanced with tangy orange zest on the entry, quite linear and strict with a fresh finish, though it does not quite possess the mineralité of the Combettes. Neal Martin. WA 90-92 (1/2022): Notes of pear, waxy yellow orchard fruit, nutmeg and freshly baked bread introduce the 2020 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatières, a delicate, medium-bodied white that's bright, fine-boned and saline in this warm vintage. |

| VM 93 (8/2018): The 2016 Chablis Montée de Tonnerre 1er Cru has a very precise bouquet with subtle veins of liquorice infusing the citrus fruit, all well defined and focused, if not blatantly powerful. The palate is very well delineated with a slightly viscous, utterly harmonious opening. This feels effortless and natural, the acidity beautifully pitched with a precise and sustained finish that has just the right amount of salinity to urge another sip. Bon vin! (Drink between 2020-2032). Neal mArtin. |

| VM 90 (1/2024): The 2022 Rully Village has a lovely bouquet: light tropical scents, a touch of lemon verbena and crushed stone, well-defined and focused. The palate is balanced and cohesive, with a slightly waxy texture, fine acidity and plenty of extract on the finish. This is a delightful Rully from Fagot. Tasted at merchants' 2022 Burgundy tastings in London. (Drink between 2025-2033). Neal Martin. |

JM 93-95 (6/2021): Lighter lemon yellow, the bouquet offering a light touch of menthol and especially anis. Deeper generous soil here but they think they have learnt to get the best out of it. Certainly a grand cru wealth of fruit, the acidity keeps the balance very nicely, a generous warm overcoat and good length. Nice wine! BH 92-94 (10/2021): This is restrained to the point of being all but aromatically mute though aggressive swirling eventually coaxes notes of green fruit, citrus peel and oyster shell nuances to reveal themselves. There is both excellent volume and concentration to the big-bodied, powerful and imposing flavors that are focused, structured and youthfully austere. This is very much a work in progress, and I would advise allowing this at least 5 years of cellaring and it should easily reward a decade or more. VM 92-94 (10/2021): The 2020 Chablis Bougros Grand Cru comes from six hectares of vines, southwest- and south-facing, forming the two different cuvées. The bouquet unfolds to offer lovely yellow fruit and oyster leaf aromas, well defined and quite generous. The palate is taut and crisp with fine acidity and moderate depth, but very pretty and composed toward the saline finish. There is plenty of substance already in situ and I foresee this aging with class. Neal Martin. |

BH 96 (10/2016): ( from a 2.2 ha parcel at the bottom section of the vineyard; even so, the vineyard is so steep here that it must be worked entirely by hand as tractors would be dangerous to use.) Once again, based on the nose alone, this could be nothing else but Chablis with its melange of tidal pool, mineral reduction, citrus blossom and discreet spice nuances. There is fantastic detail to the focused, mineral-driven and powerful middle weight plus flavors that do a slow build from the mid-palate all the way back to the explosively long, balanced and bone dry finish. This appears to be drawn directly from liquid Kimmeridgian and should also amply reward longer-term cellaring. In a word, brilliant. Drink 2026+. Don't miss! VM 95 (7/2016): Very pale yellow. Very ripe but vibrant nose combines lime, spices, white pepper, crushed rock and liquid minerals. Delivers a saline, sappy combination of rich peachy fruit and floral/mineral lift, with a remarkably weightless quality. The chewy, saline, bone-dry finish reinforced by minerality conveys a powerful impression of dry extract and Kimmeridgian soil. Really inexorable on the back end. WA 94 (8/2016): The 2014 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Cote de Bouguerots has an almost clinical bouquet: extremely well defined and poised, quite subtle in style with fresh green apple, Conference pear and sea spray/oyster shells aromas. But everything is tightly wound at the moment. The palate is very well balanced with crisp acidity, harmonious and poised with just the right amount of salinity, long and tender on the finish. This was impressive in vat and equally so in bottle. |

VM 94+ (7/2016): Pale, green-tinged yellow. Subtle, discreet nose offers hints of citrus fruits, spices, white pepper and minerals. Then almost shockingly massive and powerful in the mouth, boasting bulletproof citrus and white peach flavors energized by harmonious acidity (but barely four grams per liter, according to Didier Seguier). More robust and masculine than the Preuses and drier and more bracing on the long finish, this sappy wine needs time to harmonize. But as with all of these 2015s, there's nothing hard about this grand cru. Stephen Tanzer. BH 93 (10/2017): ( from a 2.2 ha parcel at the bottom section of the vineyard; even so, the vineyard is so steep here that it must be worked entirely by hand as tractors would be dangerous to use.) A reserved but ripe nose features white fruit and floral notes that are set off by deft touches of classic Chablis character and wood. There is both good richness and power to the concentrated, vibrant and mineral-driven medium plus weight flavors that also possess ample amounts of dry extract that confer a textured feel to the impressively intense and mouth coating finish. This too is really quite good. Drink 2023+. WA 93 (8/2017): The 2015 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Cote de Bouguerots was the standout wine when I tasted the range of William Fevre from barrel. Now in bottle, the nose has closed down, but there remains a brooding intensity here and superb mineralite. The palate is very well balanced with a touch of orange zest and quince on the entry. There is a keen line of acidity here and quite a powerful finish that lingers long in the mouth. Give this 3 or 4 years in bottle and it should offer another 10 years of drinking pleasure. |

WA 96 (7/2022): In a sense, the 2020 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Côte Bouguerots offers a resumé of several of Fèvre's grand cru bottlings, uniting the taut musculature of Valmur and the ethereal, mineral profile of Les Preuses, with some of the perfumed sensuality of Vaudésir and fleshy texture of Bougros. The result is certainly a very compelling wine, exhibiting aromas of crisp green orchard fruit, white flowers, freshly baked bread, oyster jus and white peach, followed by a full-bodied, taut and layered palate that's seamless and complete, concluding with a pungently mineral finish. It's worth a special effort to seek out, though a decade's patience is warmly advised. BH 96 (9/2022): A deft application of wood lurks in the background of the aromas cool citrus, apple, mineral reduction and ocean breeze wisps. There is an almost painful intensity to the powerful but sleek and defined medium weight plus flavors that brim with minerality on the clean, very dry and hugely long finish. This is also potentially brilliant and well-worth considering. (Drink starting 2032). VM 93 (7/2024): The 2020 Chablis Bougros Côte Bouguerots Grand Cru has a crushed stone scented bouquet. A peppermint trace comes through with aeration. The nose is controlled and citrus-fresh, and I admire the energy. The palate is poised and concentrated, and a silver thread of acidity keeps this Grand Cru tensile and focused. Bright and lightly spiced towards the finish, this fans out with style. Excellent. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting. (Drink between 2025-2044). Neal Martin. |

| BH 93-95 (10/2023): This is the coolest and most restrained of this group of 2022s with its elegant aromas of prominent mineral reduction, lemon-lime, spice and oyster shell. There is almost painful intensity to the intensely stony and strikingly well-detailed larger-bodied yet still beautifully refined flavors that display huge length on the impeccably well-balanced finale. VM 94+ (8/2017): Pale, green-tinged yellow. Captivating but youthfully reticent scents and flavors of citrus peel, white pepper, fresh herbs, crushed stone and white flowers, plus a whiff of rhubarb. Quite broad and full but not at all heavy in the mouth. This wine doesn't have the acid edge of the Bougros Côte Bouguerots but is wonderfully silky and horizontal, coating every square millimeter of the palate--and it's hardly short of energy! Most impressive today on the superb dusty, mounting finish. This potentially outstanding wine still needs time to gain in complexity but it should evolve positively in bottle for many years. Production here was cut by the pre-harvest hailstorm, but if this fruit was picked earlier than originally forecasted, it does not seem to have suffered for it. Stephen Tanzer. BH 93 (10/2017): ( from 4 separate parcels totaling 4.11 ha, 3 of which are all at the top of the slope.) Once again there is just enough wood present to warrant mentioning on the strikingly fresh, cool and pure nose of mineral reduction, ripe pear, sea water and floral aromas. There is flat out remarkable power to the highly energetic flavors that also display ample amounts of dry extract that imparts a sappy texture to the intensely mineral-driven, explosive and hugely long finish that is unusually dry for the vintage. It's interesting as one can sense an elevated level of alcohol but surprisingly there is no associated finishing warmth to speak of. Drink 2023+. |

BH 95 (10/2019): (from 4 separate parcels totaling 4.11 ha, 3 of which are all at the top of the slope.) Here too there is enough wood, even though subtle, to merit mentioning on the decidedly cool and reserved nose that offers up plenty of floral elements along with those of citrus, iodine and oyster shell. The lavishly rich, muscular and overtly powerful flavors possess the hallmark minerality that carries over to the dense, citrusy and bone dry finish. This beauty should age effortlessly and is class in a glass. Drink 2032+. VM 94 (1/2020): The 2017 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru is dense and exotic, with tremendous volume and textural richness that develops with a bit of air. It should start to settle down with more time in bottle. Today, though, I am struck by the wine's sheer weight. Antonio Galloni. |

| BH 93 (10/2020): Once again, the nose is both fresh and ripe and while it's not quite as elegant and airy as the Côte Bouguerots there is every bit as much classic Chablis character. There is a really lovely mouthfeel to the sappy large-bodied flavors thanks to the copious quantity of dry extract that also serves to buffer the moderately firm acid spine on the powerful, punchy and intensely saline-inflected finale. While there is a hint of backend warmth, this beautiful effort should age well while adding depth along the way. |

If Kimmeridgian could be distilled, it would likely smell exactly like the nose of the 2019 Les Clos with the additions of wet chalk, citrus zest and oyster shell. There is equally good delineation to the snappy, painfully intense and overtly stony large-bodied flavors that deliver superb length on the balanced finale. This elegant and classy effort is also built on a base of almost pungent minerality and a wine that is indisputably going to age effortlessly for years. Drink 2031+. Don't miss! |

This too could be from nowhere else except Chablis with its citrus-tinged aromas of tidal pool, white flowers and shellfish. The racy, intense and painfully intense larger-scaled flavors possess cuts-like-a-knife delineation on the bone dry and super-saline finish where a distinct bitter lemon quality slowly emerges. This is very classy juice and also built-to-age. Drink 2031+. Don't miss! |

| BH 93 (11/2020): (from a 1.1 ha parcel of vines that is close to Vaudésir and extends all the way from Grenouilles to the tree line at the top of the hill). There is just enough wood to notice framing the green fruit, quinine, algae and ocean breeze-inflected aromas. The mouthfeel of the big, bold and robust flavors is muscular and serious while displaying outstanding length on the super-saline and impressively complex if only moderately dry finale. This too is quite impressive though it is very clearly built for extended aging. Drink 2030+. |
