Modern Barolo — Roberto Voerzio

If you’re looking for Barolo at its most pristine, precise, and profoundly expressive, Roberto Voerzio stands at the absolute pinnacle. These are some of the rarest and most meticulously crafted wines in all of Piemonte—tiny yields, obsessive vineyard care, and an unwavering commitment to purity have made Voerzio a modern legend. Today, we’re thrilled to offer a limited selection of these extraordinary bottles.

Voerzio’s Barolo is unmistakable: deep, perfumed aromatics, layered red and black cherry fruit, and sculpted tannins that feel both powerful and impossibly refined. Whether it’s the elegant La Serra, the beautifully lifted Brunate, or the muscular, long-aging Cerequio, each cru reflects its terroir with startling clarity. These are wines that age majestically, gaining nuance and dimension over 20–30 years, yet they are so impeccably balanced that they offer real pleasure even in their youth.

Production is famously small—Voerzio routinely restricts yields to some of the lowest in the region—meaning availability is always scarce and demand consistently intense among collectors and top restaurants. Simply put, opportunities to secure Voerzio’s Barolo do not come often.

If you’re building a cellar with Italy’s greatest names, or seeking a centerpiece bottle for the years ahead, these wines deliver everything that makes Barolo one of the world’s most captivating regions.

The following are the wines remaining from the offer sent on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. Please enter your desired quantities and click the 'Add' button.
