Placing Orders

The optimal method of ensuring your order is filled as quickly as possible is to submit an order through our online shopping cart. These are received immediately and processed in the order they are received. We do not have walk-in ordering.  All pickup orders must be placed over the website and can be picked up after you have been invoiced..

We will hold your purchased wine at no charge in our temperature controlled cellar until the following shipping season for your geography.

Office and Pickup Hours 

Chicago Office and Warehouse pickup hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm CST, Monday through Friday. Collections on Saturday and Sunday can be arranged by contacting us before noon the previous Friday.

Our website is open for orders 24/7

We have a $100 minimum order

Cancellations will incur a 15% cancellation fee enforced for any order (including pre-arrival orders) that is invoiced and subsequently cancelled by the customer.
