| JD 89 (6/2018): Brought up in 55% new French oak, the 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Emily’s is another classic effort from this estate. Currants, plums, spice, and cedarwood notes all flow to a medium-bodied, mid-weight, balanced Cabernet Sauvignon that’s certainly not deep or profound, yet is charming and approachable. As with the Stagecoach Vineyard, it should drink nicely for a decade. |

| WA 85-87 (10/2014): Their flagship wine, the 2012 The Oracle is the most complete of the four new Miner Family Vineyards red wine releases, offering black and red currants, spice box, a good attack and aromatics, then tailing off ever so slightly. It’s medium-bodied, well-made and very good if one is not too critical. Drink it over the next 7-8 years. |
