JD 92 (3/2023): Rock-solid aromatics of red and black fruits, spice, flowers, and subtle background oak all emerge from the 2020 Château La Commanderie, a medium to full-bodied, beautifully balanced, elegant Saint-Emilion that has ripe tannins and a great finish. A complete, incredibly satisfying, impressive 2020 to enjoy over the coming 10-15 years, it's easily the finest wine I've tasted from this château. (Drink between 2023-2038).

VM 90 (2/2023): The 2020 La Commanderie is packed with black fruit, cloves, licorice, menthol and chocolate. Although not especially complex, the 2020 is succulent and easy to like. It will drink well right out of the gate. (Drink between 2023-2030). Antonio Galloni.
