VM 89 (12/2024): The NV Brut Mosaïque blends 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, made with 30% reserve wines that spent three years on lees. Freshly toasted white bread, smoke and lemon touch the nose. The palate bursts with liveliness, lightness and freshness, supported by fine creamy sprightly mousse on a light, slender well-cut body. A perfect apero. Dosage is 9 grams per liter. Anne Krebiehl.
