JA 90 (9/2024): Dark brambled berry fruits, medium intensity, grilled almonds on the opening beats, oak influence still evident and it swamps the initially appealing ripe fruit. Luscious texture, with rosemary and pulses of bitter cocoa bean and espresso. Starts off well, but is swamped by the end and struggles to find balance. Harvest 24 September to 15 October, Jacques Boissenot consultant.
