The Joy Fantastic Syrah

VM 94 (8/2024): The 2022 Syrah emerges from a tiny one-acre parcel of own-rooted vines planted with five selections. Black pepper, spice, lavender, plum and dried flowers lend notable complexity, a reminder of how well Syrah can perform in the Sta. Rita Hills. The 20% stems are impeccably integrated into the wine's fabric. All the elements are so well balanced. (Drink between 2025-2032). Antonio Galloni.
