| WA 89-91 (5/2011): A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Merlot and 9% Petit Verdot, this has a very fine nose of blackberry, briary and a touch of black tea. Good definition and purity. The Petit Verdot add a little edginess to this wine that has fine tension if lacking a little length on the saturated, slightly chewy finish. Very good purity and precision though. |

WA 90-92 (4/2019): The 2018 Les Fiefs de Lagrange is deep garnet-purple colored with earthy, mushroomy notions and savory meats over a cassis and plums core plus herbs hints. The full-bodied palate is rich and packed with fruit, with firm, grainy tannins and a long finish. VM 88-90 (5/2019): The 2018 Les Fiefs de Lagrange is absolutely gorgeous. Hints of iron, smoke, cedar, dried flower and blood orange infuse this succulent, racy second wine. All the elements fall into place. The purity of fruit and overall sense of harmony are both commendable at this level. What a beautiful wine this is. Antonio Galloni. JS 92-93 (4/2019): A subtly fruity wine with plum and currant character and hints of dried flowers. Medium body, velvety tannins and an attractive finish. |

VM 89-91 (5/2021): The 2020 Les Fiefs de Lagrange has a ripe, well-defined bouquet of blackberry, boysenberry, crushed stone and light violet petals scents; good focus here. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, a fine bead of acidity, beautiful balance and a charming, fleshy and quite saline finish. This will represent great value, I am sure. Neal Martin. JS 92-93 (4/2021): A firm, silky red with blackcurrants and spices. Medium-bodied and creamy. Pretty finish. Beautiful for a second wine. |
