| WA 90 (8/2017): The 2010 Barolo Bussia is a bright and cherry-driven expression of Nebbiolo. The wine shows some distant sweetness with Morello cherry blackberry and prune in center stage. It feels a little ripe with some raisin in there as well. You also get exotic spice and barbecue smoke. The wine shows fine tannins and good length on the finish. |

| WA 92 (8/2017): The 2013 Barolo Bussia shows tight delineation with crisp fruity aromas that are characteristic of this slightly cooler and longer growing season. Sour cherry, dried raspberry and spice lead to a fresh finale with integrated tannins and acidity. This vintage saw a 40-day maceration period in order to add to the aromatic intensity and the structural fiber of the wine. Some 26,000 bottles were produced. |

JD 93 (5/2021): The 2017 Barolo Cannubi, aged for 30 months in 20- to 25-hectoliter Slavonian oak, is from a small, 0.5-hectare parcel of Cannubi. It reveals perfumed notes of pure cherry, anise, violets, and leather. The palate is tightly wound and resinous with pine, bitter herbs, and orange pith, with angular structure. Allow 3-5 years and drink 2024-2046. Audrey Frick. VM 91 (2/2021): The 2017 Barolo Cannubi is a very pretty, ethereal Barolo. Crushed flowers, sweet dried red berries, mint, chalk and white pepper are all nicely lifted. This is a decidedly light style, even for Cannubi. (Drink between 2024-2043). Antonio Galloni. |
